Privacy Policy

1. Information we process
- Discord account identity data returned through OAuth or profile lookup APIs.
- Contributor profile content such as display names, bios, links, badges, and moderation metadata.
- Node submission data including identifiers, hosts, ports, versions, and review status.
- Operational logs and monitoring telemetry required to keep the service functional.
2. Why we process it
We use this data to identify contributors, review node submissions, operate the public monitor, attribute nodes correctly, and support moderation and abuse prevention.
3. Public vs private data
Approved public profiles, approved contributor nodes, display names, selected links, and badges may be shown publicly. Internal admin notes and moderation metadata are not intended for public display.
4. Third-party sources
Discord identity data may be obtained from Discord OAuth and configured Discord lookup APIs. Those providers may apply their own policies and logging.
5. Retention
Submission records, moderation history, and profile data may be retained for operational continuity, fraud prevention, and audit purposes. Dead nodes may be pruned automatically from public listings.
6. Security
Reasonable steps are taken to protect session data and contributor records, but no system can guarantee absolute security.
7. User controls
Authenticated contributors can update their own profile content through the dashboard. Admins can additionally restrict, hide, edit, or remove profile and node content where necessary.
8. Contact and removal requests
For privacy concerns, correction requests, or removal requests, contact the project owner or official service channel.
